Angela : Thanks for taking time out of your busy schedule, Mr. Lee.

Mr. Lee : Thank you, Angela, for inviting me to this wonderful place. You were telling me on the phone that you've been experiencing some issues at work. Fire away.

Angela : I've been having problems relating with my colleagues and superiors. I spend ages trying to tell them my ideas and thoughts, but they always seems to be falling on deaf ears.

Mr. Lee : This surprises me, as I've always thought of you as an open, communicative person. Let me give you a couple of tips. The first thing to remember is that good communicators are excellent listeners. They listen to others and take in what is being said. Try to maintain eye contact and don't interrupt people when they are talking.
